How to cancel my order?

We want your meat to be as delicious as possible. If there’s a problem with your order, let us know right away so that we can fix it. Customers have a right to cancel any order at any time during the ordering process and up until it is out for delivery. In case if you want to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] and provide us with the email address associated with your account. We will confirm that your cancellation has been received, processed and credited to your payment source within 5-7 business days.

Can I cancel my order post shipment?

We regret that, unless there is a problem with the product's quality or the delivery date or time is not met, we cannot cancel an order after it has been sent or delivered.

How to return my order?

It's Easy To Return An Item To Us. Just 3 Simple Steps:

  • Step 2: Take a picture of the items you purchased with us and kindly send them along with your order invoice
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-3 hours of the same day. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging.

    Yes, you can do partial return of your order. If you ordered lots of items, you can request a return, replacement, or refund for any of them.
